and in 2020 we realized that by creating coaching and career development programs for classical musicians, we could provide the accountability and structure they need to achieve new career heights without feeling that they were alone.

We teach musicians strategies to achieve their career goals, providing accountability, structure and support.  We’ve worked with over 500 musicians from around the world and have seen our clients achieve amazing projects and take their careers in new directions.
