About

the Fearless Artist Mastermind

The Fearless Artist Mastermind exists to empower classical musicians to build sustainable, fulfilling careers. Created in 2020 by violist Deanna Petre and pianist Michelle Lynne, TFA provides professional development and coaching for over 500 hundred musicians worldwide and has a combined online reach of over 25,000 people.

At TFA, we provide musicians with structure, tools, and skills that are often absent from traditional training in conservatories, including branding, marketing, social media, pitching, and entrepreneurship.

Our programs include a Mastermind, Fast Forward Community (with over 65 members) and 1-1 coaching. We also offer workshops with international guest experts, host a highly successful podcast and have a blog for musician parents.

In our programs, we emphasize accountability, strategic planning, and the power of community. Our growing, global community stretches across cultures and mindsets and offers a rich foundation for members to learn from one another, receive feedback, and grow. As professional classical musicians, we understand the demands of the current music industry and recognize the importance of staying relevant while building a unique brand and a loyal audience.

Our 2026 plans include guest speaking at Classical:NEXT, serving as keynote speakers at a Reina Sofía School of Music alumni event in Madrid, leading a branding workshop for OAcademy, and presenting a workshop for the Juilliard Entrepreneurship Symposium. We also plan to continue building our membership to 100+ members, serve listeners globally with our 80+ episode podcast as well as continue to educate and inspire thousands of freelance musicians worldwide.
