We offer personal coaching sessions to help classical musicians get unstuck and clear on what they want most, and most important to take action now.

Together we will determine what’s most important for you, talk through your goals, make a specific plan with actionable steps so that you can get results quickly without putting off your ideas any longer.

  • Clarity & Strategy: together we will determine a realistic long-term goal and create a concrete business plan around it, while also setting short-term, actionable goals for things that you can achieve in between our calls. 

  • Content and Sales: Making sure your social channels, offers, and messaging all work together to share your brand authentically and SELL your offer. We will determine together which marketing channels work best for you based on your preferences and personality.

    Additionally in the calls:

  • Artist Branding & Archetype Session: Identifying your core artist identity and unique brand archetype so your messaging, visuals, and offers are consistent.

  • Content Strategy: Creating a 6 month content plan in order to attract your target audience, determine who they are, know what you want to tell them, and to sell to them. 

    Other clients of ours have used their social media to sell workshops, promote their blog, promote their podcast, get new students, promote their albums, and get more concerts. 

  • Sales & Marketing: Together, we would design a simple sales funnel with a freebie that people could download in order to get onto your mailing list in order to build your social media audience as well as your mailing list. Michelle would show you her strategy that has enabled her to build her socials to a combined 20 K as well as a mailing list of 2K. 

  • Business Plan: Together we would determine the nine elements of your business plan. Your target audience, your main messaging channels and how you generate leads would be a few starting points. 

    We would determine your specific offers and pricing so that you can create multiple income streams based on whatever you want to sell. 

  • Confidence on Camera & Messaging: get confident on camera! We would work through your on-camera skills and you’ll get specific feedback on how to improve your speaking skills on camera so that you can feel fully confident in talking to your audience directly

    About Deanna

    Deanna Petre is an American violist who was based in Paris, France for 10 years and has now returned to Minnesota. She is a freelance orchestral and chamber musician and holds a small private teaching studio. As a proud co-founder of The Fearless Artist Mastermind, she emanates a calm, positive leadership style and her deep compassion for others helps her serve The Fearless Artist community. She believes in the importance of emotional well-being in our lives as musicians - a career path that requires continual determination and resilience. Deanna is a graduate of the Juilliard School, the Cleveland Institute of Music, and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris. She loves traveling and being a mom to two beautiful boys and a little girl.

    About Michelle

    Canadian pianist, singer and speaker Michelle Lynne performs widely across Europe and is co-founder of The Fearless Artist Mastermind. As a coach, her zone of genius is getting to the root of the real problems and asking hard questions in a kind way. She is the host of The Fearless Artist Podcast, and coaches dozens of musicians within the Fearless Artist Community. She has also been recently invited to speak at Classical:NEXT, Hunter College (NYC), Adirondack Performing Arts Festival, among others.

    She previously held positions as Lecturer for Music Entrepreneurship at Conservatorium Maastricht and Codarts University for the Arts, Rotterdam. She graduated from the Université de Montréal with a Master’s and Artist Diploma in piano performance.

    Business coaching enables you to define your offer and learn how to sell it, so your financial results are part of the program. Many of our clients earn back their investment in just the first 6 months.

  • We encourage you to begin coaching at a time when you have some space for self-reflection and planning. At the same time, our clients realize that these sessions will save them time as we discover more efficient ways for them to work.

  • All 5 sessions should be completed within ten weeks. We believe that consistency is necessary in order to build momentum.
